BRATISLAVA — Serbian and Slovakian interior ministers, Dragan Jočić and Robert Kalinak, met in Bratislava Friday.

They signed an agreement on cooperation in fighting organized crime, and pointed to the danger posed by ethnic Albanian mafia from Kosovo, Tanjug news agency reported from Slovakia.

“They warned of security threats to both countries coming from the Kosovo Albanian mafia network which also supplies narcotics to Slovakia,” the Serbian MUP said in a statement.

The agreement confirms “excellent bilateral relations and paves the way for efficient coordination of activities, cooperation and mutual assistance in combating threats to public law and order,” the release says.

The agreement also envisages cooperation in crime prevention and fighting organized crime.
