Naples — Anti-Mafia police on Friday seized 100 million euros worth of assets belonging to the Casalesi crime family outside the southern Italian city of Naples. The family is part of a Mafia clan allegedly linked to murders in the province of Caserta, north of the city. The assets included real estate, companies and shares, and a luxury vehicle. CASERTA — An alleged Mafia hitman eluded capture Tuesday by fleeing his house through a tunnel to the sewer system beneath Caserta, near Naples, Italian police said.
