I am an Australian who has been living in China for 6 years. I was physically grabbed and intimidated by three men outside of my house after a trucking company destroyed 1000s of RMB worth of goods that I had contracted them to relocate and I refused to pay the final 1000RMB of 1400RMB moving fee. The police were useless, lawyers said it’s not worth following up. This country’s legal system is bullshit.

My father, a South African citizen, working in the shoe industry, was brutally murdered in Dong Guan China on 10 March 2008. We are certain it is mafia related. No-one wants to help and we are getting no answers.
