Salvatore “Totò” Cuffaro has been found guilty of having dealings with the Mafia

The state president of Sicily has been found guilty of having dealings with the Mafia and sentenced to five years of solitary confinement.

Salvatore “Totò” Cuffaro, 50, passed state secrets to Giuseppe Guttadauro, a Mafia godfather, while in office. A court in Palermo heard that Cuffaro told Guttadauro there were hidden microphones in his house. Continue Reading »
